麵鮮醬油房 周月 – 另類的拉麵體驗
雖然在中環上班,卻總是因午飯時間有限,而限制了用餐地點。趁週末到港島拍照,便回中環的周月午飯。這天烈日當空,由地鐵站一路向山上走,穿過中環街市,來到歌賦街,食肆林立,還要有不少遊客已在著名食店門外排隊。今天有明確目標,沒有被其他美食吸引過去,直接走進周月,不消兩分鐘已可以入坐。
Made a special trip to Central during weekends just for Shugetsu, one of my favorite ramen place in Hong Kong. Took 15-minutes walk from Central MTR to Gough street, where you can find several famous restaurants with a long queue, by walking through the Central Market.
之前來周月,都是食周月拉麵,大熱天時,就改食「帆立貝油‧麵」,而友人亦選了夏日限定的「炸雞沙律冷麵」。

帆立貝油‧麵 上菜時配上特製醬汁、醋和新鮮雞蛋,先試一口麵條,味道清淡。接著就個人喜好加入醋和醬汁,最後打入雞蛋,以蛋汁包裹麵條,頓時香味四溢,而麵條也變得十分香滑。對女生來說,份量其實有點多,不過還是食光了。
Abura Ramen is called as Scallop oil ramen in Chinese. Served with special house-made sauce, vinegar and fresh egg, you can season according to your preference. The portion is generally big for ladies.

炸雞沙律冷麵,是夏天限定的特製冷麵。幼麵配上炸雞和沙律醬,配搭清新。店員上菜時特意提醒醬汁不要一次性倒入,有點酸麻的醬汁,不是太有驚喜。反而本身的清新味道更適合夏天。
Chicken salad ramen is only available in summer. Sauce on the side is a bit sour and spicy. Interesting. Server reminds not to pour it in once. I recommend not adding the extra sauce. The ramen itself tastes really good already. 🙂
