一直都希望可以去Fish & Meat一試，同事們或朋友們經常讚好，但我卻等到今天才這個機會。 下午1點，中環的lunch peak hour，來到這裡竟然不用等位。侍者安排了在望到露台的梳化位置，甫坐下，看著餐牌，今天想吃得簡單一點，便選了一道魚。
Look forward to trying Fish & Meat for a long while. Friends /colleagues always tell me it is good and worth to try. Finally I come here for lunch today with a colleague and the server is so kind to arrange a sofa seat for us. To begin the feast, I order the fish as my main course.
Pan-fried Sea Bream/ Fennel/ Pea Puree/ Cherry Tomatoes. The Artichoke on the top has made the dish to be more surprising. Fish is perfectly cooked and served with the salad of fennel, tomatoes.
Bee tartare/pickled jalapeno/ duck yolk/ parmesan/ fries. Beef matches beautifully with the duck yolk and it tastes so smooth, but a bit over-seasoning. Fries are good so as the salad. It’s worth for a try.
The desserts are quite well-known, so we order 2 colorful dishes to share. The milk chocolate and peach mousse was so soft and smooth. The sweetness of the mousse works so well with the peach and raspberry.
檸檬批，我的最愛，也是今天食到的菜式中最喜歡的。 檸檬的香味切下去的那刻，一湧而上，酸勁十足，起了醒胃的作用。而vanilla cream不帶甜，配上檸檬批，只有一分清新。趁秋天來到前食，色彩繽紛的甜品讓人想忍抓夏天。
Lemon tart, my favorite dessert. This version is definitely on the top 5 of my list. The sourness of the lemon was so refreshing that go very well with the vanilla cream. Gonna use this colorful dessert to welcome the Autumn.
