Sushi Hiro – Surprising Dinner for One?

。壽司廣- 驚喜的一人前晚餐。

一直聽聞壽司廣師傅的出色和食材的新鮮,這晚終於有機會來一試。8點左右到店,店員很快便安排入坐,因為不打算食omakase,便沒有選擇壽司吧的位置,而選了較靜的角落。甫坐下,店員已親切地送上前菜和餐前酒。由於兩口子都不太餓,所以叫了一人前的晚餐,再加兩個小食。

Being heard about the outstanding food ingredient and the chef of Sushi Hiro for quite a while, I finally got a chance to visit the restaurant. The server was so kind to arrange us to be seated at a quiet corner and bring us the appetizer and wine before the meal began.

餐前酒

餐前酒味道清甜,有淡淡的果香,喝下幾口,已十分醒胃。酒精濃度不高,十分容易入口。

The wine tasted sweet and full of fruitiness. Felt so refreshing after a few sip.

凍豆腐,清新,有豆香,小小的讓人想多食一點。菠菜肉丸子內含少量魷魚粒,再加上鮮甜的菠菜,是一道很不錯的前菜。

Cold tofu and meatball as appetizer. Fresh with soy favour. With a bit of squid, the meatball gave us some different texture.

一人前晚餐有12件壽司,用一字記之曰:鮮。 看著圖片中壽司的顏色和光澤,也說得出它們的新鮮。 海膽入口甘香,味濃,甜蝦鮮甜肥美,帆立貝更是肉厚鮮美。

For a dinner set for one, it is served with 12 pieces of sushi. You can see from the color and shininess of the sushi and understand how fresh they are. 🙂

一款要向大家推介的夏日限定小食:梅水晶。軟骨類食物,加入梅子醬汁,攪拌均勻,味道酸甜醒胃,非常適合夏天進食。

This signature summer dish to be recommended: plum crystal. It is made of cartilage with the plum sauce. The sourness is just perfect for summer.

晚飯最後以芝麻雪糕和海鹽雪糕作結,個人比較喜歡海鹽雪糕,雖然味道不及芝麻雪糕濃郁,但卻能有收斂味蕾的功效,就像是將所有收歸平靜,感覺很舒服。

Finally here we come the desserts. Ice cream – sesame and sea salt. I like the sea salt favour more though it is not as rich as the sesame favour. It somehow can calm your taste and give you a prefect ending of the dinner.
