Being heard about the outstanding food ingredient and the chef of Sushi Hiro for quite a while, I finally got a chance to visit the restaurant. The server was so kind to arrange us to be seated at a quiet corner and bring us the appetizer and wine before the meal began.
The wine tasted sweet and full of fruitiness. Felt so refreshing after a few sip.
Cold tofu and meatball as appetizer. Fresh with soy favour. With a bit of squid, the meatball gave us some different texture.
一人前晚餐有12件壽司，用一字記之曰：鮮。 看著圖片中壽司的顏色和光澤，也說得出它們的新鮮。 海膽入口甘香，味濃，甜蝦鮮甜肥美，帆立貝更是肉厚鮮美。
For a dinner set for one, it is served with 12 pieces of sushi. You can see from the color and shininess of the sushi and understand how fresh they are. 🙂
This signature summer dish to be recommended: plum crystal. It is made of cartilage with the plum sauce. The sourness is just perfect for summer.
Finally here we come the desserts. Ice cream – sesame and sea salt. I like the sea salt favour more though it is not as rich as the sesame favour. It somehow can calm your taste and give you a prefect ending of the dinner.
