O delice! – Oh, that’s so delicious!

。O delice!  – 法式小店的美味。

這天晚了下班，便帶灣仔試一下這家店。久仰這家店，店裡位置不多，但是勝在店主很有誠意。看到卡片上在上海有兩家分店，但這裡的經營手法卻一點也不像連鎖性餐廳，店主親力親為，員工親切友善。

Finished work quite late today, so decided to go Wanchai to try O delice! Heard about this restaurant for quite a while. The restaurant was not so big with quite limited seats, but the owner was so sincere. The name card shows that they have 2 branches in Shanghai. The hard-working owner and the friendly staff really make a difference to this shop.

工作累了，真的需要些甜點來減減壓。主食點了一個簡單的蘑菇火腿意粉，二人分享，就可以留多點空間食甜品。意粉應該已先預熱好的，再加上材料和醬汁炒熟，但醬汁收得剛剛好，忌廉汁完全沒有膩感，爽快的食光了。

Some desserts are required to release the stress form work. We ordered a simple mushroom & ham spaghetti to share and leave some space for us to have dessert. I presume that the spaghetti was pre-heated and added the ingredients to stir-fry once we ordered. The sauce was cooked to perfection.

甜品選了這裡最受歡迎的可麗薄餅，有10多款不同的配搭，最多人點的是朱古力及焦糖糖漿、焦糖脆脆、雲尼拿雪糕的口味。雪糕十分吸引，脆脆忍不住多食幾粒了。教大家一個邪惡的食法，因可麗餅上檯是還是溫熱的，可用刀叉將雪糕球壓扁，推開塗勻薄餅，再將薄餅兩角向內摺，連雪糕切下去食。香、甜、軟、脆四種口感一次嘗到。 🙂

For dessert, we of cos ordered the most popular crepe – Chocolate sauce, caramel crunch, caramel sauce and vanilla ice-cream. You can actually select from more than 10 choices on the list. When this crepe is on the table, you understand why it is the most popular one.  I have to mention a method which I really like to enjoy it. First of all, use your folk & knife to press hard on the ice cream. Let it melt on the crepe and spread it all over. Then flip the left & right corner of the crepe into the middle. Cut it all through with all the ingredients inside. You will then taste the best favour of it. 🙂

食了一個甜品還不夠滿足，便追加了士多啤梨窩夫。侍者拿來的時候，還細心提醒，如怕太甜，千萬不要一次過打果醬塗滿。窩夫的粉漿明顯的比外面食到的脆身，加了果醬後，把窩夫沾滿朱古力醬，簡直是魔鬼的化身。

After having the crepe, we still wanted to order another one, so we added a waffle – fresh strawberry, chocolate sauce, vanilla ice-cream waffles with strawberry jam. If you don’t want to have a super-sweet waffle, don’t put all the jam in one-go. (though it tastes the best with the jam)

10多款的選擇，相信總會有一款適合你。不喜歡甜的，也有咸的可麗薄餅，只是這次未有機會試試。相信我會回來一試。

There would always be one which suits you the most, among all 10ish choices on the menu. If you don’t prefer a sweet one, go for a salty one. Also look attractive. I will return to try that definitely.
