。Sky Lounge Sheraton- 享受一個輕鬆悠閒的下午。
闊別一年，又來到這裡，感謝食友的邀請來到這裡品嚐下午茶，還認識了公關，大開眼界之餘，又得到一個很好的減壓機會。未到3點，已有一小块食客在sky lounge門外等候，以這裡的美景，著實是吸引到不少捧場客。
Haven’t been to Sky Lounge for afternoon tea almost a year. Appreciated the invitation of a nice dining friend, and so as the chance to meet the PR. I really learnt a lot and had a great chance to relax this Saturday afternoon by looking at such a beautiful view.
下午茶每兩月轉一次主題，今次是French Affaire，以一貫的圓形Tea set架上檯，造型簡約。底層放著鹹點，有煙三文魚泡芙、煙鴨胸配白桃、羅蘭士撻、鴨肝冷凍多士；頂層則放上甜點，Opera Cake，焦糖冧酒甜餅、杏仁紅桑子奶凍、熱情果芝士蛋糕。
The theme of the afternoon tea set changes every 2 months. The theme of the month is named “French Affaire”. Served in the signature round stand, you can find all the pastry and savory items on the bottom, including Salmon Tartar in Choux Bun, Smoked Duck Breast with white Peach, Mini Quiche Loraaine and Foie Gras on Brioche Toast. All the sweet and dessert items are placed on top, such as Opera Cake, Cannele Bordeais, Almond and Raspberry Blanc Manger and Passion Fruit Cheese Cake.
先從鹹點說起，特別欣賞師傅的酥點，切開時確是看得到那千層的美，完全沒有半點油膩。
Really appreciate the pastry and savory item. Tasted so light and you can see all the textures when you cut it through.
甜點總是讓人期待，個人比較喜歡熱情果紅桑子芝士蛋糕，口感不錯，芝士蛋糕清香，而熱情果果醬微微的酸勁將芝士的膩消除了。
Desserts are always the most expecting items. Personally I like the Passion Fruit Cheese Cake mostly. You wouldn’t taste the heaviness you find in normal cheese cake due to the refreshing passion fruit jam.
下午茶星期一至日均有供應，星期一至五$218/一位，星期六日及公眾假期$238，想要享用香檳或特飲，只要升級$298。美景美食之下，絕對值得一去。
Dining with such nice view and good quality of food, it’s worth to visit. The afternoon tea set for one is available from Mondays to Sundays. You may even upgrade your tea set with a glass of champagne and wine.
