要在香港找到正宗的葡萄牙菜和西班牙菜並不容易,這天來到Casa Lisboa享用晚餐,一大班人一起嘗嘗正宗葡菜。
There are not many traditional Portuguese or Spanish cuisine and each restaurant has its own style. Went to Casa Lisboa to enjoy a Portuguese night.

一入餐廳,已見廚師在切火腿,陣陣咸香,當然要試試。片片火腿都很有光澤,而且那咸香充斥著口腔,配著麵包,很美味。
When I walked into the restaurant, the chef was slicing the ham. The smell was so tempting that I couldn’t wait to try.

麵包真的是西餐不可或缺的食物,接著的幾道菜都和它很配。蒜頭八爪魚,蒜和油,再加上些許香料,軟稔的八爪魚,非常入味。酸菜燉牛肉,酸菜把牛肉的香味全吸收了,非常醒胃,濃郁可口。招牌醬汁煮蜆,美味非常,蕃茄味香濃,蜆肉肥美,食了一口又一口,再用麵包沾醬汁食,讓人不想停下來。
Bread is essential to western cuisine. The following dishes match perfectly with it. Garlic Octopus, mix of garlic , oil and spice, together with the soft octopus, a perfect partner to the bread.Pica Bau Beef , a traditional Portuguese dish, the strips of beef with vegetables. The vegetables absorbed all the favour of the beef. Clams Casa Lisboa with signature tomato sauce, so rich and delicious. Used the bread to eat with the sauce, awesome.



招牌的鴨飯和燒乳豬又怎會少了呢? 鴨飯需要經過廚師很多的工序才能完成,飯亦不能過於濃味,以免搶去鴨的鮮味。這裡便做得恰到好處,讓人不禁多食了幾口。而燒乳豬,外脆肉軟,十分可口,配上一個油飯,真的很滿足。
How about the classic duck rice and traditional roasted suckling pig? Chef needs to spend so much time and hard work on making the duck rice. The rice has to be perfectly favoured in order to keep the freshness of the duck. This is the one cooked to perfection. For the suckling pig, it’s so crispy at the skin and so soft at the meat.



同場加映,火焰葡國腸和燒雞,玩味之餘亦美味。
Additional: Flambe Sausage & Roasted Chicken. Fun and delicious.


一餐晚餐絕對不少得甜品,葡菜最著名的木糠布甸,和紅酒煮梨。兩者都試了,吃木糠布甸的第一口便愛上了它的空氣感,每一層都有不同的質感,再加上木糠粉粉的感覺,一絕。 紅酒煮梨,少許的酸味,但仍嘗到梨本身的甜味,不錯的。
A perfect dinner has to be completed with desserts. We had Serradura and Pear in Porto Wine. Fell in love with Serradura at the first bite as it’s so fluffy and smooth. It’s so different with those we find on the market. Pear in Porto Wine, a combination of sweetness and sourness, pretty good as well.
