為了想去哪裡慶祝生日，真的費煞思量。在日本菜和西餐的選擇，這是選了西餐，還選上了在銅鑼灣金朝陽中心二期的Wooloomooloo Prime，特意安排了窗邊的位置，面對著維港夜景晚飯。這裡和同集團在尖沙咀The One的另一分店對望，讓人可以享受醉人美景。
Spent days to think about the venue to celebrate the birthday. Among the choices of Japanese and Western cuisine, still picked Western and I have chosen Wooloomooloo Prime Causeway Bay to arrange a nice window seat to enjoy the beautiful view of Victoria Harbour. You can even see the other branch at The One, Tsimshatsui.
開餐前，先點了一杯Billecart-Salmon Champagne，餐廳正有推廣，物超所值。前菜Seafood Cocktail Salad，非常清新的味道，沙律內有蝦肉、蟹肉、章魚和帶子，配著羅馬生菜，重點的醒胃蕃茄cocktail醬汁，讓你不禁食指大動。
Before getting started, we ordered a glass of Billecart-Salmon Champagne, which was on promotion. The appetizer, Seafood Cocktail Salad, contains prawns, octopus, crab, scallop with romaine in cocktail sauce. The sauce is the highlight of the course. It is so refreshing that keeps you want to eat more.
來到這個扒房，又怎何少了出色的牛扒? 點了澳洲黑安格斯牛，medium rare, 配菜蘑菇菠菜和炒薯仔。每款牛扒都會有4款醬汁一起上桌，蘑菇汁、肉汁、黑椒汁和紅酒汁。個人比較喜歡肉汁和黑椒汁，連芥末都不需要沾，已嘗到牛肉的鮮味。牛扒煮得剛剛好，個人甚欣賞，份量亦足夠二人分享，值得推介。
Would you miss a steak in a proper steakhouse? We didn’t. We ordered Australian Black Angus Rib-eye, cooked to medium rare, with side-dishes, sauteed spinach & Kipfler potatoes. The steak was served with 4 different sauces, Au Jus, Peppercorn Sauce, Mushroom Sauce and Red wine Madeira. I recommend Au Jus and Peppercorn sauce, so delicious that you don’t even need mustard and you can enjoy the freshness of the beef. The steak was perfectly cooked and enough for 2 people to share.
生日又怎少得生日蛋糕呢? 沒有事先準備，因知道餐廳的甜品水準很不錯，所以就直接從甜品餐牌上點。檸檬青檸批，見到名字便已經想到有多醒胃，味道確實很醒神，非常開胃，也一解牛扒的豐厚感覺。 餐廳細心的寫下「生日快樂」字樣，侍者也唱著生日歌，再為我們幫下了照片留念。 服務這麼的好，又有美食美景，這裡絕對值得推薦。
You don’t call it a birthday without a birthday cake, don’t you? Known that the restaurant has some nice desserts to choose from, I didn’t prefer the birthday cake in advance. We picked the Wooloomooloo Lemon & Lime Cake. You start imagine how it tastes when you see the name. Actually it was so refreshing and made you feel better after the rich taste of the steak. The restaurant was so thoughtful to arrange the “Happy birthday” wishes on the plate, and the server sang a birthday song on the spot. With such a nice view and food with thoughtful service, this restaurant is recommended.
