從參與飯局到明廚教室，不經不覺已經有一年多了，看著飯局主理人KC, Isaac 和 Sharon一直努力為一眾食友安排飯局，在城中走訪不少著名食店，為食友們打點妥當，至今年Josey加入，再開創「明廚教室」將煮食也帶到一眾食友的生活中，又給與食友們向一眾名廚學習，相當不容易，絕對是勞苦功高。
It has been more than a year since I joined Fancook and now My Studio Kitchen. KC, Isaac and Sharon really worked hard to organize all the events by visiting some famous restaurants in town and introducing the restaurants to us. With the new join Josey this year, My Studio Kitchen is finally set up to share the cooking lifestyle to all of us and give us a chance to learn from some famous chefs in town. Really appreciate the hard work from them!
25 October 2014, the grand opening of My Studio Kitchen. So many famous chefs and F&B legends are here to celebrate the event. Following the simple speech from KC, the 4 partners had a very brief celebration by cutting the roasted pig.
Food is definitely something you can’t miss out in at this event. The roasted pigs from Tak Lung & Sun Tung Lok, cheese cake form Renaissance Harbourview HK, Sweets from Peninsula Boutique, Panda Buns from Si Chuan House, Apple Pie from Hyatt Regency, etc. Unlimited food and drink. You have to prepare your stomach for all these good food.
My Studio Kitchen has organized a few cooking classes during soft opening. Hope more and more cooking classes will be arranged in the future and share the happiness of cooking to more people.
Lastly, thank you so much for the invitation. Feel so honoured to be able to participate in this event. Also feel so grateful to the encouragement from KC & Isaac while I started setting up the blog. Really give me more confidence to go on! THANK YOU!
