早陣子獲邀到Armani/Prive 參與Johnnie Walker Blue Label 2015 限量版的發佈會暨派對，場內不但有以Blue Label 和 Black Label 作基調的雞尾酒供賓客選擇，更有小食伴隨。
Recently was invited to join the Johnnie Walker Blue Label 2015 Limited Edition Launch Party at Armani/Prive. At the party, there were not only the 4 cocktails mixed with Blue Label and Black Label, but also a selection of canapes provided by Armani/Prive.
名為Coast to Coast的雞尾酒，以Black Label為基調，加入了香料、菠蘿，味道帶點煙燻味，卻有點點甜味中和。
Coast to Coast was a combination of Black Label with spice & pineapple. It tasted a bit smoky but the sweetness of the pineapple balanced it well.
Burning Light 比較濃，但是會讓人忍唔住多來一杯的。以Double Black為基調，加入了甜苦艾酒，你大概會想象到那種苦味。但是煙燻味卻是比苦味濃烈，非常特別的組合。
Burning Light was a rich combination of Double Black and sweet vermouth. You may be able to imagine the bitterness of this cocktail, but the smokiness was definitely richer than the bitterness. A special combination that you don’t want to resist another glass.
當然少不了純Blue Label，通透的金黃色。其實2015限定版只是包裝上的改變，味道始終如一，飲過一口，再來一口清水，那個後勁延伸得更長，有點意想不到。
For sure there was the Blue Label, the crystal-clear golden color. The 2015 edition was only different on the packaging and outlook, but not much different on the taste.

場內有Armani/Prive提供的小食，十分出色。有慢煮銀鱈魚、三文魚，還有蟹肉多士和朱古力卡邦尼蛋糕，每款的味道很不錯，而兩款魚類小吃卻是尤其美味。
The canapes provided by Armani/Prive were as attractive as the whiskey. Slow-cooked cod fish, salmon confit, crab meat toast and chocolate brownie. Personally like the cod fish and salmon better.
