Recipe – Quick & Easy Steamed Rice with Pork

。食譜 — 本菇豬肉蒸飯(快速一人前)。

一個人食飯,總是以快捷方便為主,家裡有了蒸爐以後,人前的晚飯變得再不單調了,又可食得更有營。這次又用到很喜歡的食材—本菇,來做一道快速蒸飯,20分鐘完成,多忙也可以好好食個飯。

材料:
本菇            50g
梅頭豬肉    80g
白米            1/2杯
水                1/2杯

Ingredients:
Mushroom     50g
Pork                 80g
Rice                  1/2 cup
Water               1/2 cup

豬肉醃料:
糖               1/2茶匙
鹽               1/2茶匙
栗粉           1/2 茶匙
豉油           1茶匙
麻油           少許

Seasoning for pork:
Sugar          1/2 teaspoon
Salt              1/2 teaspoon
Corn starch   1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce       1 teaspoon
Sesame oil      a little

做法:
1. 先以本菇洗淨汆水備用
2. 梅頭肉跟以上份量醃料醃好
3. 將本菇放入盅底,上層放上豬肉
4. 白米和水放入另一盅內
5. 放在同一蒸盤上,以100度蒸20分鐘即可

Procedures:
1. Wash the mushroom and quickly boil in water for 20 sec.
2. Season the pork according to the portion above
3. Put the mushroom into the ramekin with pork on top
4. Rice and water in another ramekin
5. Steam in 100 degrees for 20 mins
