有了新用具就不停的著迷試練,可能就是我的執著,這次遇上Bosch的蒸爐也不例外。這次想起茹素的朋友,而蒸爐保存食物養分的優點,便小試牛刀弄了個蔬菜便當。調味料也完全不下的情況下,所食到的就是食材的鮮甜,原汁原味。
I’m a little obsessed with new equipment that I would test it all the time. This also happens to new Bosch steam oven which arrived not long ago. Thinking about my vegetarian friend and the advantage of the steam oven, I made a veggie bento for her without putting any seasoning.
材料:
甘筍 20克
蘿蔔 20克
南瓜 20克
蘑菇 10克
青瓜 10克
蕃茄 30克
白米 1/2 杯
水 1/2 杯
Ingredients:
Carrot 20g
Turnip 20g
Pumpkin 20g
Mushroom 10g
Cucumber 10g
Cherry Tomato 30g
Rice 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
做法:
1. 洗淨甘筍、蘿蔔、南瓜,切粒備用
2. 蘑菇和蕃茄洗淨備用
3. 青瓜洗淨,切條備用
4. 白米和水盛進飯盒裡,放在上層的蒸盤
5. 甘筍、蘿蔔、南瓜、蘑菇放在下層的蒸盤
6. 以100度蒸15分鐘即可
Procedures:
1. Wash and dice carrot, turnip, pumpkin
2. Wash mushroom and cherry tomatoes
3. Wash cucumber and slice into thin line
4. Put water and rice into bento and place on the top shelf
5. Carrot, turnip, pumpkin and mushroom on the bottom shelf
6. Steam for 15 minutes in 100 degrees
