牛魔女從宮崎回港,雖然在日本食了不少和牛, 但完全不減對牛的喜好, 在聽到美國野牛Bison登陸君悅扒房後, 急不及待直奔去試! Bison在美國有著悠久歷史, 古時更是人類的起居日常必備(牛皮用在帳篷及衣服上), 食用價值也比其他牛肉品種更富蛋白質、維他命,同時較少反式脂肪及膽固醇, 是值得多食的牛肉。(來,讓小妹有多個原因食多一點點!)

灣仔利東街小區多家餐廳進駐,當中首首・韓國小館 (Bistro Seoul) 便以20多款韓國酒和新潮韓菜作招徠。餐廳內裝潢帶工業風,牆上用上韓國銀匙用裝潢,非常特別。這次和友人們來晚餐,可以試上不同款式的餐點,又能一嘗韓籍調酒師選擇的韓國酒組合。
