到澳門要食葡國菜,相信大眾總是會想到手信街那些大排長龍的葡式餐廳, 但是最近試過皇都酒店的花道葡國餐廳, 確實值得推薦給大家。到訪的這天, 剛好碰上主廚Luis回來的時段,據說他一年只會在澳門約4個月,今次他親身出場主理,突然多了 期待。

。Rustico – 巴斯克蘋果酒之夜。 西班牙餐廳在香港真的越開越多,但多走高級餐飲路線,這次來到荔枝角的Rustico,親民又熱鬧的餐飲體驗。晚餐時段人頭湧湧的,坐得有點擠,卻是份外的親切。適逢西班牙巴斯克蘋果酒節,便和友人們在這裡度過了熱鬧的暢飲之夜,著實不錯。 Spanish restaurants focusing on fine dining are certainly growing in Hong Kong but Rustico in Lai Chi Kwok gave us a cozy and friendly dining experience during the Basque Cider Festival.
