中環金鐘一帶不少著名扒房匯集,最新加入戰團的是由紐約遠道而來的Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, 繼東京、大阪等5個亞洲城市後,終於來到香港,一眾牛fans一定等到頸都長。 餐廳落戶中環都爹利街,在開張快將一個月的這一天,和友人一起來了一場非常豐富的午餐,也深深體會到中環上班族午飯時間的趕急。走進餐廳甫見桃花木櫃台,餐廳內以4人檯/2人檯為主,緊密的餐桌和椅子,貫徹紐約總店的擠擁,當然也有卡位的選擇,會相對寬敞。

Savoring Art將於3月在蘭桂坊多間餐廳回歸,又一次為食客帶來視覺和味覺享受,這次便率先試了 Mercedes Me 的特選菜單。主廚 Fernando Gojan在菜式中以對比色彩,和其一貫精緻的擺盤設計,貫徹藝術感。 頭盤 Red Prawn Ceviche 紅蝦薄片,以紅蝦、蕃茄的紅色主體,再以牛油果及香芹的綠色作對比,在白色的碟子上,就像在調色盤的顏料一樣。紅蝦質感爽身,配上微酸的蕃茄,起了醒胃的作用。 而第一道主菜 香煎帆立貝,用深紅色的紅菜頭汁在碟子上,做出像潑漆的效果,另外,以雪白帆立貝的和墨汁薄脆作顏色對比,增加視覺效果。 (碟上的炸煙燻火腿是一絕呀!脆得像薯片般的口感!) Spanish Rice有西班牙Paella 的感覺,也像是之前嘗過的Angel hair 變奏版。橙黃綠色對比,有著香草炒過的米粒,黃椒alioli,顏色奪目。而表層一粒粒的鴨鵝肝,煎封後軟身卻有著脆皮,食下去也不太膩,但二人分一碟飯還是很飽足的。 甜品可說是最代表顏色對比的一道菜,以兩款不同黃色,和紫色的蕃薯薄片造型,圍堵著泡沫狀的芝士蛋糕,有別於一般比較厚實的芝士蛋糕,這款輕盈又不太甜,著實不錯。 這個特選菜單更會配上一杯 Save The Ocean 雞尾酒,藍色主調的 氈酒 雞尾酒,大玩顏色和燈泡效果,玩味十足。 現在可直接在 Feedme Guru 網頁/手機程序訂檯: https://www.feedmeguru.com/spmenu/booknow/61398 MERCEDES ME 地址:中環皇后大道中30號娛樂行地下C-D舖
