#歌莉亞在澳門#澳門巴黎人 上週末在巴黎人住宿期間,天氣不是太理想,便留了在酒店內休息一下,而酒店商場亦有不少餐廳選擇,中菜、法國菜、咖啡店、雪糕店等,想找的都應能找到。這天午餐就先試試中菜 御蓮宮 ,一行四人也試了蠻多菜式,但以下幾款特別深得小妹歡心。 前菜一道黑魚籽醬凍蕃茄配檸檬啫喱,是相當吸睛,一上檯是一個玻璃盛器和巨型的泡泡,輕輕一吹,那氣泡就破了,映入眼瞼,便是小巧精緻的小蕃茄和黑魚籽醬。 簡單的配搭,非常清新,正正適合春天。 而另一道吸晴之選,必然是茉莉花茶煙燻豉油雞,荔枝木的煙燻香,在玻璃罩揭開後便撲鼻而來,豉油雞肉質幼嫩,比一般食到的茶燻雞稍為淡口,卻意外地配合荔枝木的香氣。 嗜辣朋友,當然就要跟我這位辣妹,選食四川酸菜煮龍躉片啦!其實只屬小辣程度,但酸菜味道恰到好處,夠酸夠辣,在這些潮濕天氣下就是最適合不過,而龍躉片肉質扎實又滑溜,非常美味! 點心方面,紅米脆皮蝦腸粉值得一試,配上自家XO醬,脆皮大蝦和辣味就剛剛好了!櫻花蝦蘿蔔酥餅正是升級版蘿蔔千絲酥,外脆內多汁,可口! 下次要來試試火鍋,看到鄰桌食得津津有味,食材也新鮮搶鏡,好有興趣試呢! 御蓮宮 Lotus Palace地址: 澳門巴黎人3樓營業時間: 11:00-15:00, 18:00-23:00網址: https://www.parisianmacao.com/macau-restaurants/lotus-palace.html

7-9月正值菇菌時節,帝苑軒今年便從雲南引入時令野生菇菌,由帝苑酒店中菜行政總廚何師傅創作一系到時令菇菌菜式,在7月至8月期間供應,滿足一班鮮菌愛好者的喜好。這天率先來試試部分菜式,同時也可以一覽不同菇菌的種類,當中包括黑虎掌菌、青頭菌、黑皮雞縱菌、老人頭菌和雞油菌等等。
・做一晚波士・ 圓方雖不算是一個非常方便的地方,卻是有著卧虎藏龍的感覺,這夜與友人們一起來到了Sky Dining 101 的波士廳101, 由中環來到九龍,更一躍至101樓,飽覽九龍景色。黃昏時,早一點到餐廳,更可以拍到日落美景,美不勝收。
