中港城皇家太平洋酒店一直是不少遊客的集散地,遊客熙來攘往,又有幾位會發現堤岸酒吧及餐廳(Pierside Bar & Restaurant)晚餐的精彩呢?餐廳最近推出了晚市套餐,3道菜也只是$200多,而且食物質素真的不差,份量也大,絕對是區內少數性價比高的選擇。

大雨交加的一夜,來到了陌生的大坑,只因食友一聚,為了食,總是多陌生的地方也會去闖闖。這次聽到餐廳名字BOND,有趣,語帶雙關,或者是我傻傻的想到兩個不同意思,一是連繫,連繫著附近的環境、氣氛和食客,二是占士邦(當我搞笑吧,哈哈)。
在一眾新開火鍋店中,「酒鍋」以獨特的賣相,場地上的藝術感,讓食客耳目一新,背後當然少不了年輕老闆的大膽創新,而這亦令「酒鍋」成為我短期內兩度光顧的餐廳。兩次來訪都是大夥兒一起,可以食到的便更多,也順理成章的選出更多值得推介的東西,讓大家下次來也可以試試。
