早前在日本東京表參道食過日本著名的Happy Pancake,一直念念不忘,至最近在香港食過Flipper’s, 有相當接近的味道,但還不是完全一樣,所以便心血來潮也來做一次這個人氣Soufflé Pancake! 小妹喜歡快,所以也不額外自製pancake粉,就用上最方便的日本pancake預拌粉。坊間可以買到美國、韓國、日本多國的預拌粉,但想做出最接近美味,還是用日本的比較理想。
