7-9月正值菇菌時節,帝苑軒今年便從雲南引入時令野生菇菌,由帝苑酒店中菜行政總廚何師傅創作一系到時令菇菌菜式,在7月至8月期間供應,滿足一班鮮菌愛好者的喜好。這天率先來試試部分菜式,同時也可以一覽不同菇菌的種類,當中包括黑虎掌菌、青頭菌、黑皮雞縱菌、老人頭菌和雞油菌等等。
