7-9月正值菇菌時節,帝苑軒今年便從雲南引入時令野生菇菌,由帝苑酒店中菜行政總廚何師傅創作一系到時令菇菌菜式,在7月至8月期間供應,滿足一班鮮菌愛好者的喜好。這天率先來試試部分菜式,同時也可以一覽不同菇菌的種類,當中包括黑虎掌菌、青頭菌、黑皮雞縱菌、老人頭菌和雞油菌等等。

炸雞,越邪惡的組合越美味! Chibee 上月在尖沙咀落戶,開業不久,人還不是太多,反倒能輕輕鬆鬆的食個晚飯。座落在尖沙咀厚福街的食廈內,由黃昏6時開始,通宵營業至凌晨4點,相信會得到很多尖沙咀區夜蒲人士的青睞。
・做一晚波士・ 圓方雖不算是一個非常方便的地方,卻是有著卧虎藏龍的感覺,這夜與友人們一起來到了Sky Dining 101 的波士廳101, 由中環來到九龍,更一躍至101樓,飽覽九龍景色。黃昏時,早一點到餐廳,更可以拍到日落美景,美不勝收。
中港城皇家太平洋酒店一直是不少遊客的集散地,遊客熙來攘往,又有幾位會發現堤岸酒吧及餐廳(Pierside Bar & Restaurant)晚餐的精彩呢?餐廳最近推出了晚市套餐,3道菜也只是$200多,而且食物質素真的不差,份量也大,絕對是區內少數性價比高的選擇。
在一眾新開火鍋店中,「酒鍋」以獨特的賣相,場地上的藝術感,讓食客耳目一新,背後當然少不了年輕老闆的大膽創新,而這亦令「酒鍋」成為我短期內兩度光顧的餐廳。兩次來訪都是大夥兒一起,可以食到的便更多,也順理成章的選出更多值得推介的東西,讓大家下次來也可以試試。
